The center is handling cases by its team of advocates or by engaging any senior/expert attorneys or any advocates before Supreme Court of India, High Courts or before any other courts/tribunals in India on your choice. If there are matters in any other places except Bangalore, which will be informed to the member about the availability of the assistance.

If any member of the center approach the center to resolve their disputes , the center will solve thier dispute by acting as a mediator / conciliator / arbitrator with the consent of the parties. On the instructions of the member, the center will approach the other side party by forwarding proposal for settelement . The center will guide and assist the member to resolve their dispute by affective mediation. The user/member must fill all necessary details in the box and give proper information either relating to the pending cases or filing new cases for opinion relating to the disputes. User may also attach detail statement or draft of plaint/statement etc.;

The member who wants to engage the counsel to handle the pending case or filing of new case he should contact the center and get detail particulars to attend or to handle such case before the courts of law or tribunal or any other authorities. Such interested member shall get details from the center about the pre-requirements to handle the cases.
