The beneficiary member undertakes to pay necessary maintenance charges without any default for the consultancy or assistance or service of the center except in free legal service and assistance.

The beneficiary member undertakes that he will not use the consultancy service and assistance for third person and assistance of the center is limited only for personal use of the member.

The advice and assistance of the center depends upon the fact given and circumstance of the each case. Therefore, while seeking service or consultancy, the member shall furnish detail correct facts. In some circumstances documents are required to the center to inspect prior to give consultancy or service to the member. On calling, the member is required to produce copy of the document to the center in time.

The center is not responsible for any consequences and not liable for any damages to the member in any matter relating to its service.

There may be incorrect suggestions or assistance, due to the non-furnishing of correct facts and necessary documents by the member prior to get assistance from the center.

Time frame to give consultancy or advice on the problem of the member is depending upon each case. The center will try to speedy assistance to the member within few minutes ordinarily but, not more than one hour. In case of complicated matters or if expert opinions are required obviously the member shall co-operate for awaiting period.

Bangalore is the jurisdiction for all legal purposes, recoveries and information given by the center is not an evidence. The member shall provide the latest correct address, email and contact number. If any changes subsequent to the registration, the member shall immediately inform to the center.

The information and fact given by the member will not be disclosed to any person or authorities and fully protected as Professional Communications.

The center is not responsible for non-communications or incomplete communications due to the mechanical or technical defect or any kind of other problems. The user/member is deemed that he/she accepted all the terms & conditions of the center once the registration is sign-in.
