I/we declare that the above particulars are true and correct
and I will not misuse the benefits and assistance of the center
by agreeing all the terms and conditi ons.
Note:
A) The person who wants to register as a beneficiary member
of the center, he should remit sum of Rs. 200/- to the
center as registration process either by DD/Cheque/Cash or
online along with the prescribed Form. In case of out-station
instrument he should pay additional sum of Rs. 50/-( total
Rs. 250/-) for clearance charges.
B)
Information about the registration for free legal service
and assistance:

He should send the mail or contact the center with Form No.-1 and
fill the particular in Form with documents. |
| b) |
The center will collect Rs. 100/- from the person as registration
fee along with the application (the Govt. is exempted
from payment of registration fee). |
| c) |
The member who is poorer not exceeding Rs.25,000/- annual income
(the central and state government is not applicable).
The governmental agencies, corporations or the statutory
authorities are not entitled to get free legal service
from the center.

| d) |
Time being the center is also extended its free legal consultancy
service and assistance to the religious institutions
like, temples, mutt, mosque, church etc.

In case the beneficiary is the government,
The authorized officer or secretary of the
minister send a letter to the center with

The center may cancel or suspend the scheme of free legal service
at any time without notice
|
| g) |
The center will enroll the beneficiary members only its due satisfaction
and the decision of the center is final. |
